Cancellations: If there are serious reasons not to come for a massage appointment, please inform me in advance by telephone, no later than 4 hours before the massage. Later changed bookings are considered as an absence and a cancellation fee of 100 CZK will be charged.
Coming to the salon: The salon is not possible to enter more than 15 minutes before the appointment. Studio does not have a waiting room, so you can not enter sooner. This is also the time when it will be unlocked. Otherwise, the studio is locked because of the uninterrupted progress during the massage. Likewise, my phone is turned off during the massage so that you are not disturbed.
Late arrival: When customers are late more than 15 minutes after the agreed time, the massage will be performed in the shorter time, so that they end at the originally specified time and do not confine another customers, and the original price will be charged.
